Speaking about the current catastrophic situation in international law, LL.D. Sergei Baburin said that the issue of arrest warrants for three of Libyan officials by the International Criminal Court , first and foremost, the leader of Libyan Jamahiriya discredits this international institution. Focusing on the work of the committee set up in May (pickets, rallies, delegation to Libya, coordination of actions with organizations in other countries,work with media), chairman of the committee noted that now the primary task is to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Libya. The letter was given to delegation of Committee in Tripoli and will be delivered to the addressee.
According to S. Baburin, «Libya and the Libyan people continue hope that Russia will come as a great power, ensuring peace and stability not only on its borders. They hope for justice. »
